Product & Design Quality -The glasses look good but have absolute no use for them since it did not show up until 3 days after the promised date. I haven’t even opened the boxes yet because I have no use of it since it arrived DAYS LATER AFTER PROMISE

Customer Service & Shipping -Customer service was nice. I liked whitney until she lied to me about the approved date. Before placing the order I confirmed it could be ready in time for my event. She said she would call me back and confirm it can be done on time. She confirmed and called me back and said don’t worry it’ll be ready on time. Not only was it not ready on time. It was shipped three days later. I said I would only purchase if I could have it in time in which you guys lied to me. ALONG WITH THAT I PAID FOR THE MOST EXPENSIVE SHIPPING OPTION WITH THE PROMISE IT WOULD ARRIVE. Another thing, I can see the date it got express shipped to me which was 2 days after it was supposed to already be here??? Make it make sense please.
